LEASING

In partnership with Draco Properties and Everest MN Properties, we build and lease newly remodeled rental units across the Twin Cities. Interested applicants should complete the lease application form as well as the background check for all rental inquiries. A fee of $50 cash per adult applicant is required for all applications.
